Consider all locales that have an UTF-8 codeset as UTF-8
gtkusersetup:
The group pulse is useless in Slackware and derivatives, as the group
  needed in case pulseaudio be started system wide is audio, not pulse
  and no specific group is needed otherwise.
gtkusersetup:
Set the default session for the new user if this feature is provided,
  like in Slint64-14.2.1. If not the command won't be used, so this
  can safely be included upstream. The script /usr/sbin/setsession is
  included in the slint-misc package.
